Tifa's Place, Grand Opening Tonight!
Yep, that's right! Ilia has a supply of booze to share with whomever wants to tip a glass this coming Nightshift! IC information can be found at Ilia's Bulletin Post and other characters are free to ask questions there, too.
Basically, Ilia will be running a bar out of her room, F11, throughout the whole of Nightshift 64. Characters can come in pairs, groups, or alone, as long as one of them knows to ask for "Tifa," as stated on her bulletin. I'll be keeping Ilia open for interaction to anyone who comes to her bar or, with prior ooc discussion, I'm also up for letting people who choose to come in pairs or groups to handwave her interactions so they can do their business over drinks.
Drinks are available to people who are willing to share information or give a small trinket (anything, even stuff as small as candy or scalpels or bandages are acceptable). Also, Ilia comes from a time when there isn't really any stated drinking age, so she's not opposed to giving alcohol to minors if they can afford it. And since Ilia only has a limited supply of beer, daquiris, wine, and vodka, she can't afford to keep refilling glasses until someone is drunk, so keep in mind that servings will be limited, so your characters are not likely to get drunk unless they are severe light-weights.
Keep in mind, while the bar will not be an every nightshift occurrence, I plan to have Ilia sporadically advertise for it so this is not in any way a one time thing! If you're interested but can't make it this NS, there should be opportunity in the future for your characters to raise a glass among friends. I know a lot of people are involved with the current Monster plot, but hopefully this will add an alternative for those with characters who are either free this NS or in need of a change of pace.
And that's about it. :) Please post here if you think you'd like to participate so I can gauge interest. If you have any ooc questions, I'll do my best to answer promptly! (I've never done anything like this, so I hope you'll all bear with me on getting the details straight)

I'm not sure how popular the bar will be (since we do have a game-wide plot going on, that might bring down the clientel for the first night) but Ilia would appreciate all the help she could get! If they do hit big, she would definitely welcome him into her operation.
Actually, she plans on making some prison hooch someday. I'm sure he could help her with gathering materials for that. >:3c

S.T., if he shows, will probably bring some of his terrible homebrew beer. I think it should still be OK -- I've lost track of how many days it's been since he brewed it, but handwavy biochemistry is handwavy.

Ilia would totally appreciate someone bringing their own brew to share! She's never had homemade beer before, though she's interested in the process and has wanted to make her own for a long time. :3 If you're still up for him visiting, she definitely would appreciate it!
