CHARACTER PLOT POST: NIGHTSHIFT 51

This is the official Lounge post for players who want to plan out specific Nightshift threads ahead of time in order to foster desired kinds of interaction and character development. Allow us to stress that SCHEDULING THREADS IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL.

Please use the following template when commenting. We suggest bolding important points so that people who are scanning the post can get a quick idea of what you're looking for. You might also want to use the usernames of the characters whose attention you want so that people can easily ctrl+F to find things relevant to their interests. Your request can range from as vague as "I want my character to make new friends!" to as specific as "I want my character to thread with a megalomaniacal antagonist, if possible."

Interaction/Development Wanted: Sechs is hell-bent on finding someone important to him who he believes is locked up somewhere in the institute, so someone to join him in exploration and possible monster bashing would be well appreciated! It can be someone he already knows or hasn't met yet. Long-term CR development would be great too!

Character: Dick Gumshoe
Interaction/Development Wanted: He's going to pick up the latest version of his patient file from the file room tonight. I'd love it if he could have some company on the way and/or afterward; preferably an acquaintance or someone new -- a cute kid, if possible. Major apologies if I'm slow posting, but after the first week of NS I want to get up to speed with him, so I'll try my best!
When: Second week of NS onward.

Carter is totally a cute kid!

I wouldn't mind him tagging along with Yuffie and Cloud, as long as Lauren's up for it!

Abe's planning to head outside, fight a monster, and maybe do some swimming (okay so he's not planning on the monster but it'll happen anyway). Would Heat like to join him?

Would you mind if Kenshin accompanied Yuffie and Cloud for this adventure?

Interaction/Development Wanted: Chances are if you want Haseo you're also getting Endrance, but the boys definitely need something new to do. Their defining characteristic right now is that they're both very well-armed, so if you need stuff killed to death or just want to play with them, that'd be RAD. >:]b

DARNIT. LIGHTNING. DO WANT. I think my only free person though is Neku. ~~He's liddle like Hope, but less adorable and more teenage apathy than sad-my-mommy-waaaa~~ But if you want some Squeenix gathering, he really needs to find some friends and build CR.

This is mostly to confirm some loose plans, but Neku at least, has nothing, so please to be bugging him if you want?

I don't necessarily need a protective meatshield for Scar, just someone who will be able to handle someone panicking due to M-U effects (I have an entry about that here). Basically, I plan to have one of his senses temporarily stop working during this NS. :)

But yes, the Scarecrow will be more than qualified. <33 awesome! :D

He's got no destination whatsoever in mind, so visiting doctor offices is fine. Meeting place??

I'm actually going to be in extreme slow posting mode for the first week in NS so I can get over being ill. Since that's not ideal time for a meeting of that nature, can we save that for another NS?

I'll try to get Tear there toward the end of the healing. o>

I suppose the dork can wait to fail!impress Tear with his manliness and sweet rat-killing skills. ^_^

How does the F block hallway sound? He can catch her on the way back from checking Elaine's room so Morgan doesn't have to put up with more lovey dovey talk than she has to (because I know that's her favorite thing, hearing how much Guybrush adores his schmookie wookums).

Just a note to update that the Scarecrow will be heading out with Scar tonight. Now if they can find a robot and a little girl, he'll be set for a witch hunt.

Haha, the Scarecrow has experience in that area, too- his M-U leaves all his senses shutting off when he thinks too much. I am already loving this. ♥

The Main Hall 1-West looks like it's the closest spot where they'd be likely to run into one another. Sound okay?

Need someone to rescue her? I have this dork here and he has a sword! And loves to try to impress chicks and... then put up with them if he thinks they're hot and he has a chance (like a shred of a chance).

Matt is definitely yours for NS, and that's totally cool, meeting up with Javert. >D The more company that meets up with them, the pissier Matty'll be.

Of course, this is hinging somewhat on that thing. That you and I have discussed. Which would be FUCKING KICKASS for our CR. >D:

If that falls through, though, what exactly is it they'll be doing? I'm still shady on that, especially since Matt's always shady on it, lolol.

Naraku would definitely love to meet up with Leela again. He really liked her, which is scary in and of itself. I think he has plans for this NS with Muraki, but maybe we could discuss something for next NS? Or next DS? idc which, I just want him to have a buddy, and he thinks she's less than stupid. :3

iiiiiiiiiiiii think I'm just confirming Naraku's plans with Muraki, because Matty's pretty much taken ~~by Mello~~ every NS, and the max that I think he could handle would be one more added to their group. Which he's going to have to handle tonight. >D:

But! Sra, lemme know about Muraki.<3 ~~Although, haha, should we really pit these two together? They both seem pretty psycho-ish.~~ :x

Locke will be exploring the crazy bin so he can get an idea of what he's up against, probably alone so he doesn't get bogged down too hard/bog down anyone. We can attest to his dumb luck by having them meet up somehow. B)
