Character: Orihara Izaya Interaction/Development Wanted: Since I failed getting Izaya out to fourth, Kida gets dibs on Izaya. But if Kida-mun doesn't want him, someone gullible would be fantastic. He's interested in exploring since he doesn't know his way around just yet, but I'd be all for having him tag along on a mission to a specific location or whatnot. When: All night long~
