I'm not sure if this is already in the rules and I just missed it, but I had a(n) suggestion/idea about the strike policy for AC's. Right now, as far as I understand it, strikes are permanent, so if a character received a strike in 2009, it would still be applicable to that character in 2011 if that character was still in the game. So, as I understand it, the current policy means that a character can receive three strikes over a pretty long time (e.g. several years), which wouldn't necessarily be reflective of a pattern of inactivity.
I guess this would only pertain to extremely veteran players and characters, maybe even to the point of irrelevance, but is it possible for strikes to have an expiration date? For example, if you were able to pass AC for a whole year or so since your last strike with a certain character, that last strike would be voided--for that character only.
If this has been addressed somewhere else already, I apologize for bringing up old news.
