Well, I'd love to play out Gabe having to fight against turning into something 'demonic', like he did in canon--because it's a change that would occur through outward influence, rather than inward, and because he's coming from post-canon, the thought intrigues me. The problem is that if he starts to feel like he's slipping, he's going to recluse himself and I've got some plans for this NS that would conflict with.

Maybe the fact he can shapechange will help him hold it off. Or maybe the fact he can 'borrow' others' emotions. Or maybe just the fact that he's got experience with how it feels to turn into a 'demon'. Maybe a combination of all three! If you guys feel it's not viable, that's fine; I'll just go with option 8 and carry on with the plans I have; mostly I was just wondering to see how broad my possibilities were.
