Saa... where to start... lol... um... I think Gin is really contradictory. He was kinda proud of Rangiku for actually listening to him when he told her to leave the other night, but at the same time I think part of him kind of wanted her to stay even if it was the foolish thing to do.
On a broader note, I think Gin is trying to figure out what it is he wants. Any plans he might have been in on are kind of null and void, especially because he knows Aizen wouldn't bat an eye about replacing him and well, there's no way he can go back to Soul Society now(not that he'd really want to). So he is kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place, but at least there's Ran here... which is probably his only incentive to stay where he's at. ^^; I think he's kind of afraid of getting too involved, but at the same time, he's kind of selfish and wants her whether or not it's practical or the right or wrong thing. ^^; Sooo there you have it! ♥
