Haha um... He thinks Hisoka is just a kid, a little immature. He doesn't know about any abilities, but he assumes Hisoka is able to handle himself in a fight if he's still alive. He's a little wary of what those abilities might be since he already knows River is a telepath and he wouldn't put it past the "good" guys to send people with him at night to keep him in line. He considers him an ally, but he knows too little about him to trust him much. :3
