Regarding Lil' Tykes Toys
So!
Radios. More specifically, toy radios.
Just like the ad and the current toy store post suggest, there are some free gifts available. A small cardboard box of plastic radios sit near the woman who is handing out the free gifts. Each one is marked with a unique three digit serial number. Several pre-recorded songs can play from its tinny little speakers, including Happy Birthday, Twinkle Twinkle Little Star, and This Land Is Your Land.
She'll kindly urge anyone who passes her to take one, it doesn't matter whether they're an adult or a child. To patients, however, she'll give a friendly wink and add, "These double as walkie-talkies, you know. Just switch the dial to the number printed on the bottom of another radio. Oh, but you'll need batteries to operate them. Just be sure to ask your nurses before you try them out when you go back tonight, okay?"
Of course, any staff member who gets a look at the plastic device will assume it doesn't have any real radio capabilities, and they'll politely humor the patients.
As you may have guessed, these radios will grant people access to
damned_radios. Since we're low on NPC mods, though, we're going to ask that people either handle their own interaction with the radio woman, or simply summarize what happened when they received the radio.
Also, one last note: evening shift will be moved back 1 day. That means evening shift won't begin until Thursday night.
If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!
