If someone's hair was cut off, would it grow back as quickly as wounds heal?

Not a mod, but I doubt it. I remember Obi-Wan's braid got cut off and caused him trauma. :<

I'm not a mod either, of course, but I've asked the mods about this because I actually had a character with part of his head shaved HAHAHA 8D look at us torturing our characterssss

It grows back at normal speed, unfortunately. :(
