What season is it in Landel's Land? Is it still the first week of November (since the patients last went into town on Halloween), or has the Head Doctor decided to do the time warp again?

Sorry to hijack your post, Emi but um, while we're on the subject of outdoors continuity, is there...any sort of specifics as to what plants are in the greenhouse or is it just sort of anything goes as long as it's not way out in the left field in the realm of man-eating trees? Though they should have those at night
