Two questions, both for the mods

1. If two canons share a lot of similarities of setting and time period, is it permitted to cross them over slightly? Specifically, since both Tokyo Babylon and Yami no Matsuei are set in modern Japan and use fairly traditional types of magic, and both the Sumeragi and Mibu families are influential and based in Kyoto, would it be possible for Subaru and Oriya to have vaguely heard of each other's families? Not know each other or anything like that, but be aware of the family name and reputation?

2. Leon and Haku are doing kata together in the rec field. They are not hitting each other and are taking pains to be very obvious that there is no aggression involved, but it is still technically the doing of martial arts. Would the nurses step in right away, or just keep an eye out for actual trouble?

2. If they're obviously doing it in a recreational sense, then the nurses would allow it.
