More mod updates! And... polls. XD;

KAY. So. A couple things I forgot to update about and which deserve their own post:

Extra shift during the day!: Due to the fact that pretty much everyone is going to have a roommate, we figure that it'd be a good idea to finally make dinner have its own shift. It'll be short--only one or two days, unless people want it to be more, in which case we could put it to poll--but it'd basically give roomies a chance to sit with each other and bicker talk and stuff. XD As for people who don't particularly want their roomies to interact, that's fine too; just use the extra day to finish off your current dayshift threads. :3

...You know what, I'll just poll it to be safe. XD; So that ye new players know: Dinner shift is something that's never actually gotten RPed before; after the last shift listed each day in the schedule, the intercom announces dinner and it's assumed that each character gets ushered back to their room and eats their dinner in solitude until Nightshift comes around. Of course, now that every character has a roomie, it'd make sense to actually RP that time between the end of the day and the beginning of the night, and could make for some good interaction, so... :3 Yeah.

And one more thing...

Something BIG is going to happen during tomorrow's morning shift, an event which has never taken place at Landel's before. As you can see in the schedule, there are two possible places you can choose to take your character: The Chapel, or the Sun Room, depending on how spritual/religious/curious/lazy they might be. (Breakfast and lunch will be combined into a single brunch, which will take place during the second shift.) The special event will be happening in one of those two places. This is not to say you shouldn't stray away from what your character would ICly do; on the contrary, we want you to make their choice a reasonable one, but...

Let's just say that something very, very interesting will happen. >:D

I think Dinner shift would be jsut perfect at 2 days. Just long enough for people to get together their ideas for the nightshift, take in teh events fro mteh dayshift, and learn have their characters intereact :D It's all good.
