As promised, a more detailed explanation of damned_patients.

As Erin said, this is for atmospheric purposes, mainly. These NPC characters will interact with patients, will be normal patients (normal for Landel's, anyway!) and they are not brand new patients. They didn't just wake up today, so feel free to reference having seen them around, or something like that. They just haven't been very social until now. ;) And they aren't all going to show up at once, either, what with NPC mod schedules and all.

Treat them just like any other character, essentially. Or rather, have your characters treat them as they would any other character. They will be played just as though they were an actual character.

Quick question, but this's probably important concerning Brock and Kasady - would it be possible for them to feed off these NPC patients? I mean, they either need ridiculous amounts of chocolate or brains, so...YEAH. :p

It would certainly be possible, since their main point is to die. I'll let all the folks handling them know that this is an option, and if any of them want to go that route, they can set it up with you guys. Or you can contact an NPC mod and see if they have something planned or not and set it up that way. :D
