For anyone in Main Hallway 2-Center or the Sun Room...

Elle decided it would be fun to show off her power, so she electrocuted the railing in Main Hallway 2-Center/the Sun Room hallways XD;; It would probably look like a lightning flash that lasted about 15 or 20 seconds (ie. flickering blue light), but if anyone was actually looking at the railing they'd see blue electrical arcs all along it.
