This is basically just the same thing as the OOC note at the end of the most recent Intercom post, but I'm putting it here just to make sure everyone sees it. XD;
Okay, dudes, same drill with the visitors as last shift! (Remember to check the room description and guidelines from the last intercom post.)
And BIG NOTE HERE: For the sake of simplicity, even if your character(s) are staying in the same place(s) in regards to the first free choice shift vs. the second one, please make new posts for the second free choice shift after the corresponding intercom post.
ALSO, SOMETHING ELSE VERY IMPORTANT: People in the waiting rooms from last shift, you are totally allowed, in fact, highly encouraged to keep posting until you feel fully satisfied by the length/events of the visit. :] We've noticed some people are adverse to retro-posting (that is, posting in a thread from the last shift even if the next one has already happened) when it really shouldn't be a bad thing at all, especially in special events like this! <3 For the reference of new visitor-pplz, here's the Waiting Room description, courtesy of Jansen <3:
Waiting Room/Lobby 1 and 2: This is where patients wait while they’re being checked in (though no one seems to actually remember this process). It’s also the place where patients are reunited with their loved ones - for a short while - during visitation hours. Cushioned, but not overly comfortable chairs are placed against the walls, with wooden tables here and there. A couple of magazine racks sit near the doors leading to the entry room, which periodicals such as Time, Newsweek, The New York Times, National Geographic, and various medical magazines. However, the magazines seem rather dated, as their pages are worn and wrinkled from extensive use. (They certainly do come from Earth, however, and chronicle events from our time, as well as some ominous speculation on an upcoming world war...)
NOTE FOR CLARIFICATION: New characters getting visitors should post new Waiting Room 1 and Waiting Room 2 posts made after the most recent intercom post; same deal as last time, with each patient keeping their own separate thread from other patients unless multiple patients are getting the same visitor, which is only happening in one case, anyway. (SCAR AND LUST AAHAHAHA. >_>;)
Also be forewarned: This next shift might end up having to be extended a bunch of days so we can make sure everyone who signed up for visitors gets their fair share. Kay? So just letting you know now so that those of you who are gonna be introduced during the dinner shift and beyond don't get your hopes squashed with some sudden change. D:
