There will now be a period of 24 hours in which you may send in a late application for any character NOT ALREADY LISTED BELOW. If you need an extension for a day or two after those 24 hours, YOU MUST LET US KNOW BEFORE THE END OF THE OFFICIAL LATE APP PERIOD. So basically, you have until midnight PST tomorrow night to get extra extension days. Contact us either through AIM, e-mail, or by commenting here.

We will now only be accepting applications for which we have already granted extensions. No more extensions may be requested at this time.

So don't worry if a character you plan on apping shows up on the list! (However, also remember that you can't send in a late application for a character who's already on this list.)
