ANOTHER EXTENSION? NO WAI.

Ya wai.

Just extending the dinner shift by a day since it's the first time we've done it and all. 8D That's all I have to report! ...::Thinks.:: ...YEAH, that's really it for once!

...Oh, man, I gotta add something else. Three sentences is just too little. D:

I think we'll be putting up a poll soon about more details on the rules we should make about SC and M-U and such. (The one rule we DID end up making after the last Landel's night without a poll is that characters introduced in the most recent cycle aren't eligible for SC/M-U on the night directly following their introduction. Since yeah, that just makes more sense all around. So we implemented that this round. :X)

BTW, the three SC-people HAVE been randomized and picked for this night, (who thankfully don't fall into any of the categories that we're going to be putting polls up over perhaps excluding) so we shall be contacting their muns soon. ;)

I actually have some thoughts on SC/M-U stuff that I'll bring up next time I catch you online.

I'm really curious, now. Since at least with the SC, I've been thinking that it would be horribly mean to the other characters to put some of us in SC. ^^;;; At least without serious limitations...

SC-ed patients are under strict orders not to kill or severely cripple, just get patients back to their rooms with force if necessary. Accidents do sometimes happen, but that's stuff that has been set up OOCly by the people involved. So even without limits on power, there are fail safes of a sort in place. :D

This is true. It's just with some of the characters, there's not much opportunity to fight back or escape. :3 Though that can be a decent aspect of horror, when you think about it... a big part of the genre is the feeling of utter helplessness as the freight train of OMG I'M FUCKED comes bearing down on you...

Unless the characters get creative. :D And you're very right there, that it's part of the sheer horror that makes up the night shifts. They are supposed to be terrifying and difficult and leaving characters shaking in their slippers. :D If a large chunk of characters aren't ready to scream like little girls in fear, it's not a job well done! ;)
