Character Drop, Extended Hiatus and Slow Posting lol.

Okay, for those who haven't noticed I've been grossly inactive for the past month or so with reasons that stem from characterization problems, schoolwork and whatnot, reaching an 'RP slump' and just plain lack of motivation. As much as I don't want to, I know it isn't going to do me any good to keep all my characters when I'm barely active with one. I would've done this sooner, but I spent a lot of time juggling back and forth between two and I think I've finally made my decision.

LOL in a not teal deer explanation: I'm dropping Axel. It's been really fun playing him for the past two and a half years, but I've been on a slow decline ever since earlier this year and I think it's just best to let him go. I don't plan on keeping him for this dayshift for any last meetings, though it's not because I'm being inconsiderate to the people he's close to. I just don't think I can push myself to post with him right now, and I'd rather not make people waste their shifts.

But fffff, who knows. Maybe it'll get to the point where I'm not cringing at the sight of 358/2 days and that'll give me enough motivation to app for him again in the future. 8( Thanks to everyone I've threaded with and made this experience enjoyable. &hearts

With that said, I'm extending Jade's hiatus until Dinner shift and hopefully get him back on his feet by then. (I'm sorry for bailing on you so much, The Doctor mun. D8 )

As for Sync, he'll be on slow/no posting until after Thanksgiving. I haven't thrown him out yet since I'm still backthreading with him/been kind of busy, but if anyone wants him for any future shifts I'm up for anything. 8D;

Sorry to see Axel go. ;A; But I understand, these things happen, especially when you've been playing a character for as long as that. I'm glad you're keeping Jade and Sync around, though, and I hope to be able to thread moar with them in the future. ♥

Yeah. DX He's had a good life in Landel's, so it's not like I can say he's just been collecting dust the entire time.

And LOL Yeah, I'm surprised too actually. But I realized that a lot of my problems about Jade stemmed from the fact that I was having problems posting with Axel. I mean, he's already a hard enough character to play, so having an easier character bog me down kind of saps away my motivation. LOL Plus Axel's been through a lot, so it might be a good idea to just let him go like that and give one of my other characters a chance for some proper development.
