...to announce my hiatus is officially over!
Finally, Romeo and Juliet has ended. We survived Hell Week, invented a new play called Raptor and Juliet: The Underwater Space Pirate Adventure, successfully performed on opening night, put out the burning textbook that some drugged-up kid set on the bleachers, got laughed at by friends during the choking scene (okay, that was just me) on Friday, said really weird things (me again), and got through Cappies night without a hitch.
In other words, it was all complete chaos, but that's normal for theatre.

Really, the only part that surprises me is that you crazy kids successfully performed on opening night. And the Cappies thing. Because that never happens. Wish I could have seen it, but work had other plansl
