. . . I hope it's still okay to throw new characters into NS? Um. HI. Itachi-mun here, with (finally) a second character, Kururugi Suzaku. And desperately ISO-ing a companion for him for the night! Does anyone want an emo soldier?!! He'll be really polite, I promise. He'll probably just ask you if he can borrow your cell phone, not be rude and Geass the pants off you like Lelouch. So, any takers? Someone who's more familiar with Landel's would be appreciated, even if they're not nice enough to explain everything to him. But even another new patient would be fine, as long as the mun Suzaku has someone to be lost and clueless with. Oh, and he's currently running around over here, but I can move him if you want.

I like some of their stuff. I have to admit that some of Lelouch's clothes are, um, interesting, though. The pants he wears with that red jacket of his drive me nuts, for instance. Why would someone put buttons there?

... You're joking, right? Lelouch not do something dramatic? Did you watch the series at all?

Yeah, we should. Um. Breakfast is unfortunately out because I promised Anduin I'd thread with her as recompense for forcing her to read my twenty-five page app and dropping Light on her like that (my actions are not motivated by guilt fifty percent of the time, I swear), but any time other than that should be fine. I've been trying not to make specific appointments with people this time around, but I think in this case it's unavoidable/I don't really care because alsdkjkglsjhjfsgj Suzaku.

There's also the option of them possibly running into each other this nightshift, but I'm not sure I'd recommend that seeing as how any attempts at conversation would be spurned in favor of trying to find a way out or vice versa. The less distractions, the better. There's also the fact that I'm not entirely sure how the people I'm currently threading with would react, even if additional help fighting off the cats would probably be well-received. Dying on the first night = bad.

... To put it in slightly less TL;DR terms, if during dayshift, not during breakfast, and if during nightshift, we'd need to check with Emmett-mun and the NPC-mun/sacrifice conversation in favor of action. Later would therefore be ideal, but considering the fact that Suzaku is actually fairly close to where Lelouch is and actively seeking him out, it might make more sense to have this meeting sooner. I DON'T KNOW. What do you think?

Buttons. . . ? Wait. OH MY GOD. I never noticed that. What the hell? How do you get into pants with buttons over there? Especially tight pants. Now I'm never going to be able to watch any episode with him in that outfit. I'm just going to be staring at the buttons. That outfit already bothered me, because I always thought of it as a brown jacket, not red, and black and brown together? Seriously, Lelouch?



Okay, I don't have any plans for Dayshift yet, so any other shift would work. And I agree about Nightshift; I think it would be better for them to run around and get the idea of the Institute without being preoccupied with each other, just as much as it would be better for them to talk without being preoccupied with running around the Institute. It is likely they would run into each other, though, considering Suzaku can't get far without seeing Lelouch being attacked by a cat, and there's no way he wouldn't interfere. I'll see where I end up taking Suzaku, but maybe we can just pull a they-were-there-at-different-times stunt.

I can actually sort of figure out how one might make/get into them, but it's the why someone would want to that eludes me. (... I mean, getting into in a-- stopping right there.) It's even more confusing when the person who probably made it was Lelouch and it's so very... "STARE AT MY CROTCH" and "STARE AT MY ASS." I'd think having no sex drive (or at least a rerouted one) would negate those concerns, but then again, that doesn't exempt him from mindless vanity, SO. I'm just not going to think about it anymore. And... what, really? I always thought of it as red. You're not the first person I've seen calling it brown, though, so maybe I was mistaken?

NEVER ANYTHING BY HALVES. And, errr, Suzaku would probably get sedated too if he tried, but it's a thought.

Weeellll, it is really dark in those halls and Lelouch is sort of on the floor and sorta shielded from view, so that might not be... well, still, if he walked in that direction, an ongoing fight would be rather hard for Mister Heroic to miss. I don't know. Um. The different times thing might work best, yeah. As for the dayshift thing, how about second? The Sun Room's a nice place to talk/half a complete breakdown, so hey, it all works out. |D;;

Maybe he just wanted to be different? I mean, it is Lelouch. Actually, that outfit is surprisingly un-flashy. Maybe he was just bored with it and wanted it to draw more attention in general, not specifically to his crotch. Though that's naturally where most of the attention ends up. And. . . I guess it's reddish brown? Compromise? It is pretty reddish, now that I think about it.



Yeah, Suzaku would interfere no matter who it was. We'll just have to whistle and look the other way. And second shift is fine. Better get the trauma over with early in the day.

Like I said, mindless vanity, although I should have clarified that it wasn't "STARE AT *insert body area here*" that I meant by that so much as "THIS IS AN UTTERLY POINTLESS ADDITION TO THESE TROUSERS, BUT I LOOK AMAZING WITH IT SO I'M DOING IT." The former is just the unintended side effect. And what, not all of his outfits are flashy! It's really just the Zero one and the *spoiler* one that are completely off the wall insane. So, standing out, but not too much unless he wants to turn himself into a symbol again. And... sure, reddish brown. Why not?

I should not be nearly amused by this thought as I am.

. . . well, he thinks he looks amazing. I mean, he always looks amazing, but not because of buttons. I mean. Ahem. Anyway, yeah, good point. He knows when to be flashy and when not to. I guess in my mind those two outfits make up for the lack of flashiness in all the others. I almost choked on my own tongue the first time I saw the Zero outfit. (I somehow avoided being image-spoiled for CG until I actually watched the show.)

I had to pause the show and laugh hysterically for a few minutes when he first showed up in that outfit. It's... just... wow. Wow. And the dramatic hand gestures and asldkjlk. Oh, Lulu. ._. (Same here, mostly. Yay avoiding spoilers.)

No -- close, but not as bad. Um, yeah, that's true. They'd definitely be able to see each other across the cafeteria. I got used to not having to deal with that, seeing as my other character is half-blind (and the one person who would come charging up to him is completely blind). If you're sure that shift is okay, then it's cool.
