Character torture is ttly a valid reason for this

I have a question regarding characters being difficult when they wake up.

Kio's getting beaten up by Meche and once I have the full extent of his injuries, I know what to show in posts. The thing is, when he wakes up, he'll have Sanosuke's disappearance to cope with, finding his file and being bandaged. Basically, he'll be pretty difficult to get to breakfast and will need a nurse to help him out.

My question is this: where do I make his post? Do I reply straight to breakfast and request a nurse here or do I reply to the morning announcement and then have him moved to breakfast.

To help you out with the roommate disappearance issue, you could move that to the evening instead? For example, waking up when he does, Kio wouldn't know whether or not Sanosuke had just woken up before him or not. When he gets to the cafeteria and notices he's missing, however, he might start to wonder?

Can't answer where to post just yet. That's a question the mods are better equipped to answer.

Ah, yes, good call, thanks for pointing it out! He'll assume Sanosuke's out to breakfast and then try and look for him or something. :3 So during the day he gets more and more uneasy. ^_^

As far as that fight goes (are you ready to start backthreading, BTW? I haven't checked yet, sorry), we could just agree now on what injuries you want Kio to get and we'll play them out as the thread unfolds. That way you don't have to disappoint people if you want to play through the day, but we can still do the fight scene.

I think that should be okay with the mods?

Yep, Kio and Ritsuka are both in the Entry Room now. The injuries list is this: 1. bruises around his wrists; 2. cut out circulation to left leg; 3. rope burn around chest; 4. some fainter marks around his neck; 5. torn skin from the thorns. (I mentioned character torture is fine, right XD)

The thing is, when he wakes up, he will be pissed off. That's why I'm holding up breakfast right now, because I'm unsure how to play it. =/ But yeah, hopefully a mod can help!

He does have a thing for sweets, yes. X3 Um... if you're not familiar with Another Note, I might have to go and spoil you to its major plot-twist if you don't already know it- B is bound to mentally ramble in spoilerey ways. o_o; Anyway! If Kio gives him a lolly, he might even make a "friend" and probably won't even be murdered in his sleep!

I know the gist of Death Note (haven't read the manga, seen 90% of the episodes), so spoilers for Another Note are fine. Again, I know the general plot and not much else. If Soubi gives Kio a black eye the lollies, then Kio might be willing to share. I mean, Kio's a bit older than B and might all protective or something XDD Death and violence are never the answers!
