There will now be a period of 24 hours in which you may send in a late application for any character NOT ALREADY LISTED BELOW. If you need an extension for a day or two after those 24 hours, YOU MUST LET US KNOW BEFORE THE END OF THE OFFICIAL LATE APP PERIOD. So basically, you have until midnight PST tomorrow night to get extra extension days. Contact us either through AIM, e-mail, or by commenting here.

So, don't worry if a character you plan on apping shows up on the list! (However, also remember that you can't send in a late application for a character who's already on this list.)

I actually got the TMNT UMD for while I'm away and watched it the other night. It's better than I remembered, I think. Mikey made me laugh lots. April I'm still undecided on but, well, she was pretty retarded way back when, right? In the yello jumpsuit? Always getting rescued possibly? I dunno. But still.

Oh, you mean the movie? I liked it, but I think it can confuse a lot of people 'cause it doesn't tie in with any of the canons so well. It's closest to the 2003 cartoon (which is what I've taken Raph from), but it's also missing a lot of the really cool canon developments from that, so I have no idea where it's supposed to slot in, as it were.

Personally I prefer April from the 2003 'toon, mostly 'cause she basically goes 'you know what? It kind of sucks that ninjas keep trying to kill me, and I do know an elite ninja master with a lot of time on his hands, so I'm gonna go get me some ninja training'. She still occasionally needs a hand in a fight, but was also able to handle herself pretty well. <3

I only watched the cartoons from the 1980s/1990s, saw the three movies... and have only gotten to read a few of the comics, so... I've got a lotta catching up to do, no? >.>

Heee, yeah, the April from the earlier cartoons was kinda ditsy... Of course, so was Irma, but at least she was supposed to be frumpy, ditsy, and dorky. =X The April from the more recent cartoons sounds pretty awesome. :D

Eurgh. The three of us need a big ole 'TMNTLOL' chat one day. I downloaded the old films to watch. I;m waiting for the series to finishing downloading too. COuldn't find torrents for the new series yet.

And...I think my problem with new April is just the voice. Don't like Sarah Michelle Gellar. And,...nah, there was still SOMETHING missing from the personality. I dunno what. Maybe it's just me. But...Casey's pretty damn film like, I think. I need to watch the new one again.... XD

Been really tempted to app movie!mikey and make him start trying to dance with Raph when things go well.... XD

Luckily, April is voiced by someone else in the series. I... really have no idea why they changed voice actors for the movie, except in the case of 'lol, try and pull an audience with 'bigger' names' way. The first movie and the 2003 series are based on the old comics, so there's a lot of similarities, Casey in particular. <3
