I'm mainly guessing based on the game's release date and the fact that it features most of the main Star Ocean characters that someone familiar with the series in general might know. I haven't actually played the game myself. ^^;;

That sounds reasonable to me. I'll make sure that if it does come up, Scott doesn't say much beyond, "Hey, you're that dude with that sword! :D" Damned is so big that it's entirely possible they could just avoid each other until Scott stops fourth walling people altogether, too.

Demyx might still apply if he mentions something recognizable from KH1 (see Luxord up there). If you don't want fourth wall stuff for him, then the simple fix to that is just to not bring that stuff up, I guess. XD
