Aaaaaa D8

So my computer has decided to take 20 minutes to boot up firefox, randomly shut down my net, flash me the Blue Screen of Death, and to just generally be an all-around asshat. Been having problems for awhile now, but I guess it wanted to pick the week I start school to start being intolerable. At any rate, I'm doing everything I can to get it fixed, but I'm not sure what'll happen.
Gonna have to call slow posting until further notice. : / I have Internet access on my phone, though, so if anyone needs to get in touch with me I won't be completely out of pocket. Sorry to everyone I'm holding up!! D:

WELCOME TO MY WORLD.

No, seriously. I feel your pain there, having a perennial fail!machine that can't even play YouTube videos and takes ridiculously long to load and shut down Firefox. =X I hope that in your case, it's an easy enough fix. Good luck on that! <3

OH NOES ROOMIE D: But seriously, don't worry about it. <3 I'll post Sylar to the room first and you can respond whenever you're able; I'm willing to backthread to infinity if we have to! :]

D: My computer was doing the same thing! We are destined to never thread dinner. XD I'm actually on dinner hiatus until I get visitor shift stuff taken care of, so don't feel guilty about me!

Best of luck. D: What fixed mine was running a registry cleaner and defrag...particularly the registry cleaner, or so I've been told.

I use a mac, but I just called up my friend whose job involves debugging and otherwise fixing crashy computers. Assuming that you want free software, his words of pc-related advice are:

Try ccleaner (http://download.cnet.com/ccleaner/?tag=mncol) for registry fixing and auslogic (http://download.cnet.com/Auslogics-Disk-Defrag/3000-2094_4-10567503.html?tag=mncol) for defrag, assuming you want free programs. :)

Registry and fragmentation problems are two of the five most common reasons for frequent computer crashes, so good luck!

er repost because I can't spell
