Sloooow posting

Okay, so my computer was spazzing the fuck out earlier (crashing before it could even fully load the desktop, crashing in general, being slow and shitty, etc.), and I, being the massive genius that I am, decided to try something called a "system restore" on it despite not really knowing what the hell a system restore is.

... FORTUNATELY, this has proven to be not quite as catastrophic as it could be, but since a lot of my settings have been thrown back to, you know, the state they were at when I got this computer, oh, four years ago, things are a bit... difficult at the moment. As such, slow posting for the Lulu-thing, but then probably not really seeing as how YOU GUYS ARE MY LIFELINE. S-still, I may be. Yeah. Sorry. /)_(\

EDIT: EDITING TO SAY that as Anduin stated above, computer's now fucked, but I have access to a computer lab, so. EVEN SLOWER POSTING/kind of hiatus. Idk, this is hard to think of a description for. Sorry again, gaiz. ._. BUT SHOULD BE GOOD ON FRIDAY, so yeah. That.

That actually worked? I tried to go back a good few months with the system restore on my old comp and it borked the restore option forever. ._.

Well, it did for. ... An hour or so. I don't know. My computer's fucked now, as I'm sure you've noticed from Anduin's helpful lounge post, but anyway. idek. FOR A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME, IT SEEMED TO, THOUGH. BUT YEAH. IDEK. CRYING AGAIN.

............ dude, you know you can go back to, like, last week? Anyway, I love System Restore. That's what I do any time something is wrong with my computer regardless of what that something is, because I don't understand computers. SORRY IT DIDN'T WORK OUT FOR YOU, THOUGH.

Well, see, the thing is, it wasn't even letting me get past the... desktop... thing. I mean, it wouldn't load past my wallpaper and the programs that start up with the computer before. Totally blanking the fuck out. So I had to do a system restore starting from like, the uber uber first first startup screen, which is something entirely different from the sort of restore that does it to an earlier point on the computer thing. I MEAN, what I did was a restore for XP entirely rather than-- ANYWAY. THE POINT IS that going back just a week was not an option that was available to me. 'Cause my life sucks. ANYWAY, UH. STUFF. HI? HI. I AM BACK NOW SORT OF in a computer lab, but this is... probably not going to be reliable at all. SOBBING NOW. HOLD ME.
