some announcements.
1) Another reminder that all nightshift-only applications must be in by February 1st. Or midnight on January 31st, if you'd rather see it that way. That gives you about a week to get them done!
2) About the layout contest: since some people said that they would still like a chance to enter, we're going to give this one more shot. All submissions will need to be in by March 1st, which means we're giving people a little more than a month to work on it. If you plan to do this and think this sounds unreasonable because you'd need more time, just get a hold of us privately to let us know. We're going to try and be better about giving reminders throughout February, too. If we still don't get submissions after that, we'll probably go ahead and pick out someone to make up a layout and go from there.
