Biting the bullet. =[

I didn’t want things to have to come to this, but after a couple of weeks free from any demanding responsibilities, I’m realising that I still prioritise everything else above posting. I don’t have the drive that I did before Christmas, and as much as I wanted to blame it on work overload, I know now that it was just trying to justify not having to leave all you wonderful people behind.

The fact is that when my major workload is writing, it’s really hard for me to kick back and relax by writing more. I used to be able to do it, but over the past few months, having to hiatus on and off, it’s not fair on anyone for me to keep going. I don’t have the time to invest that Damned deserves, so it’s with a heavy heart that Soren and I will be saying goodbye.

Damned was my first LJ RP experience, and you guys made it fantastic. I made quite a few friends, and I hope some of you won’t mind staying in touch. I know I’ll be lurking around here and stalking threads, because I really don’t want to say goodbye to such a fantastic place.

I’m sorry to all those I had threads open with. But all things come to an end eventually, and although my end here came quicker than I expected or wanted it to, it wasn’t doing me any good dragging it out. I’m sorry to those I’d promised threads that didn’t even get a chance to get off the ground, and I’m sorry to Deej for leaving him a lone canon warrior again. Maybe I’ll see you guys in the Fountain sometime. Until then, though, I guess this is goodbye.

So. Please defriend hissecondshadow, and thanks for everything. You made these months brilliant.

:( :( :( :( I'm sorry for the epic lateness of seeing this message, but I hope you still read this!

Even if I'm sad to see you go, I'm still grateful that you were able to play in Damned for as long as you have. I absolutely adored stalking Soren, and the only thing I regret is not being able to thread with Soren before he disappeared.

Nonetheless, I will definitely continue in Orrien harassment on Plurk! >:D
