Thread jumping, sorry. But on the fact of people that are upset?

Some of them are my friends, so obviously I'm not writing them off. But I really think people are taking this far too personally. Instead of thinking they're being pointed at (...something I have said here, once again), it should be taken as it is: a method for discourse and communication. No one is saying, so and so doesn't do this. We're all saying we want a better gaming experience, and to know what's up with our threadmates.
