Hi! First off, thanks for taking a moment to comment about your concerns. Second, it's interesting that you bring this up now, since this has recently sort of come up in conversation between the three of us.

Basically, due to the gradual shift of playerbase size and needs, we've decided we're no longer going to place so many restrictions on who can sign up for M-U and SC. In other words, instead of barring players who've had M-U/SC twice from signing up again, everyone will pretty much be allowed to do it as many times as they want. With this rule changed, canon updates via M-U should hopefully be much more accessible, and won't require the player to "give up" any opportunities and chances for development later.
