James has a great appreciation of what PHead can do and how powerful he is. Soaring through a fence and down through the ceiling of the floor below to get to the SC rooms in SH2 gave him that.

If that last post of mine isn't clear, I can explain it better. James is basically trying to drive the spear against the wall while using the weedeater to try to hook the head of it and keep PHead from jerking it back out before he can shove it. PHead is stronger than him, so I have no idea if it would even work. PHead might very well just pull the weedeater (and possibly James shoulder where he's leaning against the spear to pieces when he jerks it back out.
