Teresa has killed thousands upon thousands of youma (demons basically) and feels absolutely no guilt in it as it was what she was made for, protecting humans in the process.
She is also guilty of willingly killing an entire group of human bandits after they injured the human child she'd come to care for, which is against Organization law. She was supposed to submit herself for execution after that transgression but, at the last moment, decided she wasn't ready to die yet, disabled the execution squad and fled with the human child.
Her only real mental guilt is that she had allowed herself to go soft thanks to that child, and was killed as a result.
