Well, during the first four shifts of the day, the patients have the ability to go to the sun room, but during dinner they're not allowed to leave their rooms, AFAIK. Check with a mod, though.

I've seen some people do the "pretend this was posted before [x shift]" so I think you'd be all right. :) Just as long as it's nothing related to the actual dinner time, I believe it's okay. So you can probably post something pertaining to lunch while your char's in dinner, and pretend they posted it earlier - kind of like backthreading. :) But yeah, to be sure, you should check with a mod. XD;
