And as to not spam the lounge, a meme that floated around the journals a couple of months ago, but I can put it here too.

Oh, rappigs~? Well, I think anyone in their right mind could at least see some of the appeal. They're really smart, and cute, and clean, and really quite cultured animals. The perfect companions~

Dias, Claude, and Leon... barrels?

Oh, that .. that idea's almost too much! But.. but I'll try. Ah, let's see... umm...

Leon would be a new barrel, but still very high quality. I'm thinking one of the oak Lacour exports from two years ago? They're in wide use right now, and replacing a lot of the older barrels - which is honestly somewhat sad, but that's what ends up happening when a newer, better model comes out. Leon's a smart kid with a lot of fresh ideas that are sweeping Expel, so.. so.. ah.. I think it sort of makes sense..?

Claude is.. hmm. Well, I think where Claude's from all the barrels are made of things like metal and stuff like that, but I don't think he'd be one of those. I think he'd be.. something really rare, maybe one of the Eluria limited-edition twenty-year-old barrels I saw in Cross the last time I was there.. it had such a strong scent, proof of a fine, heady wine. It was like other wine barrels, but.. different, somehow. It just stood out. It - it was such a pretty color, I don't know..

Dias would be.. oh, um, um.. this is really difficult. He.. um. reminds me of a barrel I saw three or four years ago while passing through Linga. I couldn't place the smell! I could not have been so bold as to look at what was inside, but.. it was a mixture of so many different things. There were hints of sage and aceras, but it was clear that there had been tea, Ichidaya , maybe - and.. something else, too. Though the shape of it was really very interesting. It was.. a little rough around the edges, and had a hole or two near the seams, but it was still very usable. It .. it had probably been a very faithful barrel.
