And as to not spam the lounge, a meme that floated around the journals a couple of months ago, but I can put it here too.

That's the whole point. Even if you kill him, he'll live on in fandom FOREVER if he's more popular. Like a ghost that continues to haunt you until your dying day. A ghost that probably tops you a lot in fanfiction, at that.
