Robin Hood is pretty well established as a thief. I think we can safely assume the guy's got sticky fingers and plenty of stealth.

So, say he was looking around Doyletown and an opportunity arose... Would he get away with stealing and what could he nab?

Personally, he'd like to get a hold of a carving knife... but that's unlikely. So he'd mostly do a bit of lifting and offer it out to fellow patients. Steal from rich, give to poor and so on ;)

That way, if any characters are after something small (like Ritsuka's batteries), maybe he could provide?

Stealing completely depends on the item, the place it's being stolen from, etc etc. Contact me with the details and I'll let you know on a case by case scenario.
