1) To everyone getting attacked by an Aquila: In about...16 hours I go back to work, yes? And that means I am banished to the internet phone. And that means I get to view all of one page at a time, and it's major fail. So while I'm thinking about it and not busy:

If at all possible, please IM screw the gods on AIM when it is the monster's turn in your posts, with a link to the thread. I will do my best not to make anyone wait too long.


2) It's two days til my previously chosen day, and probably still too early (certainly too early in the morning), but! Since I'm trying to cut down on the spam:

I really liked the format last time, so for grins, instead of posting a name, post a picture or two of your character (smallish, please? Like, icon sized?). Pictures that are huge (bigger than 300x300, let's say), not work safe or spoilerish must be linked instead of directly posted, with appropriate warnings. And anyone is free to reply, including people who may be apping for the first time. ^.^

Also? If your pictures are of Zenon, Shien, or especially Rurouni Kenshin's Saitou? There will be flailing like you don't believe. And possibly the promise of beta help/icons/paid time.

THE CUTE WILL KILL YOU. How would I feel? .... Actually, I. Uh. I'd have the same attitude about that as Light would, more or less. |D;; I mean. YOU KNOW. Having her cling to his arm and trying to constantly think of ways to keep her happy and do his bidding would beeeee fun probably, but likely after awhile it'd be kind of "DDDDD:" OVERALL, I'd say having another bitchminion running around and doing stuff for him would be a good thing, especially with the Mello possibility in the air, and. :[ Things. Really, the main part about having a Misa around that freaks me out is the social aspect because playing Light when he's doing his "I can make absolutely anyone do what I want by subtly manipulating them/making them fall in love with me" is FREAKING HARD and I totally fail at it, and while I wouldn't need to be quite as subtle with Misa since she knows what's going on and wants to be useful anyway... ah, and I'm terrified of the prospect of having any character at all be dependent upon mine because I'm a horribly irresponsible person and I hate dragging people down with me when I fail at life.

.... I think the potential for MASSIVE FUN, HUMILIATION OF LIGHT, AND EVIL PLOTTINGS massively outweigh that particular downside, though. :[ Really, it all depends on how well it can be played out, which terrifies me because playing Light still scares the pants off of me sometimes.

AND YES. IT WOULD MAKE ME VERY, VERY HUNGRY. :[ :[ :[ MAKE ME A SANDWICH, BITCH. And yes, they usually do = wfbbq, but that's why we love 'em. |D;;;

NOT UNLESS I SQUISH IT FIRST. AHAHAHAHAHA. I'm glad to get your honest feelings on the (completely hypothetical) matter. I'm a little nervous about apping Misa 'cause, well, it's DEATH NOTE. You can't so much as breathe without first trying to predict if it will make so-and-so suspicious of so-and-so on the basis of BREATHING LIKE SO. And there's so much so and so to base the characters on. But, then again, this is Misa. All she really does is "MMKAYLIGHTRABURABU~ 8D".

I can't imagine the pressure of playing Light. *___* If it helps, I think you're doing an excellent job. I wouldn't have contemplated Misa otherwise. ♥
