Sai: CANON - introducing this very interesting character, giving him one arc and then.... nothing. He just kinda stands around in the background now making one word commentary. FANON - Focusing too much on the goddamn penis jokes. Dammit, man. He was trying to act insulting to Naruto and that was one of the best ways he knew how to be insulting to a guy. End of story!
One Piece: FANDOM - the way fans grab onto the more "attractive" characters, minor ones especially, and ignore others. But then, lots of fandoms do this. :P
