Stupid question time yet again: If a patient asks for pain meds due to injury or aspirin, do they get it?

Ummm, depends on what kinds of pain meds, I guess---if they were ibuprofen or aspirin or other stuff (like cough drops)--something relatively benign like that--they'd probably get it, but if it were anything that, in the real world, would require a prescription or have some pretty heavy effects, they'd only be able to get it if one of their doctors prescribed it during therapy. (The daily dosage would probably show up in a small cup with each dinner.) How they'd go about convincing their doctors to give it to them is between the player and the doctor-player, though. XD;

I was just thinking a one-time thing, but ibuprofen will do just fine too.
