On beards!

Consdiering what's about to happen to Snake after his M-U, I think he may want to be clean-shaven for a while.

But how will that happen? Giving a mental patient a razor certainly isn't a good idea. Will his nurse have to do it for him, or have to watch to make sure he doesn't attempt to kill himself with it? Will he have to request special permission? Or does he just have access to them in the glossed-over bathroomy segments that must go on off-screen (unless Landel's has some sort of anti-egestion field that I'm not aware of)? Or are they banned completely? If so, why do all the bishies here still sustain a godlike smoothness?

I'm asking early so I'll have enough time to get a good reply before the end of Nightshift.

(God, it sucks when your doctor is in a different timezone. :( Post-a-day nightmare.)

I dunno what the mods would say, but I was reading/watching Girl Interrupted, which is a real-life story (and movie) about a girl who was put in a mental hospital, and she was allowed to shave her legs with a razor. But she had to ask for one, and the nurse sat there and watched her the whole time. I only remember it cuz she was sitting in the bathtub and she was like "Do you HAVE to sit there and watch me shave my legs?" and the nurse was like "Mhmm. And now you know why there's so many fuzzy legged women running around."

Just my two cents~ =3

The nurse has to do it for him, actually. XD; During shower time or whatever. And I'm sorry about the timezone problems. D:

The way I've seen it is that facial/body hair magically just doesn't GROW while people are there. XD;;; (Since so many characters' appearances depend on lack/certain patterns of facial hair.) But if you wanted him to go clean-shaven, yeah, he'd either have to just wake up clean-shaven or wait for a shower day and have a nurse do it for him.
