The sentence was cut off when Rena trust herself forward to take Mion's lips, forcing a kiss upon the stunned girl. Mion went stiff as she felt her best friend kiss her, her face going bright red, too stunned to either wrench her head away or kiss back. Wait a minute... why would she kiss back anyways? She had...
“Kei--” she tried to get out, finally turning her head to the side to pull herself out of the kiss, but the name was cut off by a finger upon her lips as Rena hovered close again.
“He's not here, Mii-chan. He's not here,” the redhead replied. “But I am.”
Rena then grasped Mion's chin in her hand and kissed her again, insistently refusing to let the heiress pull away this time. She would get what she wanted, whether Mion was willing or not. A part of Mion sensed this and a part of her was a bit too... curious for her own good. After a few long moments of resisting, Mion relented to the kiss and tentatively kissed back. Rena was right, after all, Keiichi wasn't here and she had lost the game. It was only fair that she accept her penalty.
Besides, she could always say it'd been Shion instead of her...
