SORRIES D: + Doctor Assignments 4/2/2008

Gaaaggghh, first of all, sorrysorrysorry for this shift lasting forever and a half. ._. I had two midterm essays due, Court had to get back to school, etc. etc. I hope the April Fool's Day joke at least brightened things up? 8D;

The shift, however, will hopefully end tomorrow and will most certainly end by the day after tomorrow. Covering my ass here. D8 Tonight, Court and I went through all the doctor voting and figured out who was getting who, though we haven't figured out what shift and what day everyone is going to be having their sessions.

You may notice that some doctors have eight slots while some only have seven; we determined who got the extra slots depending on each doctor's popularity in the polls. And again: we choose who everyone gets based on pure randomization, which means that some people got their first choice and some people got their last choice. We mods have no hand in deciding who gets who so no, I did not rig House's roster. Apologies to anyone who got the short end of the stick! :(

Okay, so, things we need to address in the next couple of days before we can change the shift:

1) Figuring out when each patient is going to go to therapy. Basically, we'll be having therapy sessions over the next three in-game days during all of the activity shifts, which will allow most of the doctors to thread with patients one-on-one except for a few double-bookings. Since Court and I wanted to speed up the process, we won't be doing polls on when everyone wants their character to go, so IF YOU NEED US TO SCHEDULE YOUR CHARACTER FOR A PARTICULAR SHIFT ON A PARTICULAR DAY, TELL US IN A COMMENT TO THIS ENTRY AND MAKE SURE TO MARK THAT YOU'RE REQUESTING A PARTICULAR TIME SLOT IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR COMMENT. We don't want to miss it. :3

2) The new standardized schedule that actually uh... adheres to the new goings-ons and has PLANNED MEALS. NO MORE RUSHING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE HELL HEAD DOCTOR IS GONNA MAKE PEOPLE EAT

3) We also need to set up new rules on NC-17 material and sexual activity in general at Landel's, as per the new Livejournal policies and concerns brought to us by players. We decided a while back what we wanted to do with everything (though I want to run some new developments in our decision-making by you, Fey, before we make everything final?) so yeah, we'll be writing that up tomorrow.
