Hey, guys! So I went ahead and tallied up the poll for therapy assignments for this in-game week! It actually turned out really nicely, since each doctor is going to have six patients, which means one patient per shift, which is much more manageable for us doctor players! On top of that, only two characters had to have their second choice (sorry, Kurama and Jesse) and only one had to have their third (extra sorry, Woody!). That being said, let me know if I made any mistakes. (Despite popular belief, this does happen!)

Usually I post the schedule at the same time as I post the assignments, but I figured I'd give people a chance to let me know if they really prefer a certain dayshift. Hey, guys.

Due to the military presence, we are going to be holding off therapy sessions until Day 60. In addition, due to a shortage of excellent staff, we would like to encourage players who've been here for a month or more to apply for doctors! They are amazing people who talk to patients and tell them they are crazy while being awesomely scientific and utilizing the periodic table against everyone.* Sometimes, they even let patients eat a human liver!**

Another quick thing about this dayshift.

Seeing how Dr. Burroughs got dropped, her patients have sort of being left hanging for this last day of therapy. Those patients are Hanyuu, Brainiac 5, and Hayes. I think that Sam Winchester might also be there, since you guys tried to postpone?

Anyway, I'd like for these guys to be accommodated, so would any other doctor players be willing to add them to their sessions this dayshift? It really depends on if you're free enough to handle another thread or two, so please let me know if you can!

D8 Tonight, Court and I went through all the doctor voting and figured out who was getting who, though we haven't figured out what shift and what day everyone is going to be having their sessions.

You may notice that some doctors have eight slots while some only have seven; we determined who got the extra slots depending on each doctor's popularity in the polls. And again: we choose who everyone gets based on pure randomization, which means that some people got their first choice and some people got their last choice. We mods have no hand in deciding who gets who so no, I did not rig House's roster. Apologies to anyone who got the short end of the stick! :(

Also, none of the below list is uh... alphabetized or organized in any logical way because we both really, really need to sleep (hence why I'm also probably not expressing myself too good hurr hurr), so rely on control/command+F to find your character, please. 8D;

Okay, so, things we need to address in the next couple of days before we can change the shift:

1) Figuring out when each patient is going to go to therapy. Basically, we'll be having therapy sessions over the next three in-game days during all of the activity shifts, which will allow most of the doctors to thread with patients one-on-one except for a few double-bookings. Since Court and I wanted to speed up the process, we won't be doing polls on when everyone wants their character to go, so IF YOU NEED US TO SCHEDULE YOUR CHARACTER FOR A PARTICULAR SHIFT ON A PARTICULAR DAY, TELL US IN A COMMENT TO THIS ENTRY AND MAKE SURE TO MARK THAT YOU'RE REQUESTING A PARTICULAR TIME SLOT IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF YOUR COMMENT. We don't want to miss it. :3

2) The new standardized schedule that actually uh... adheres to the new goings-ons and has PLANNED MEALS. NO MORE RUSHING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THE HELL HEAD DOCTOR IS GONNA MAKE PEOPLE EAT

3) We also need to set up new rules on NC-17 material and sexual activity in general at Landel's, as per the new Livejournal policies and concerns brought to us by players. We decided a while back what we wanted to do with everything (though I want to run some new developments in our decision-making by you, Fey, before we make everything final?) so yeah, we'll be writing that up tomorrow.

3) Players with new characters or who want to change doctors get randomized according to who they ask for, and who gets first priority depends on the luck of the draw. (Characters listed as "don't care" will fill up the empty slots at the end.)

4) If, when your character comes up, all slots are taken for their first-choice doctor, your character defaults to their second choice, and if those slots are all taken up, your character defaults to their third choice, and... I hope your third choice doesn't get filled up. D: (I'm making the results here public so that you can see which doctor ends up being the most popular and maybe make a decision based on that if you aren't really set on anyone.)

5) PLAYERS WHO DON'T VOTE IN EITHER POLL WILL NOT GET TO HAVE ANY OF THEIR CHARACTERS IN THERAPY. We will put up reminders to make sure everyone sees the polls, but once they close you've lost your chance. Sorry. :\
