If you want your character to get a visitor (a family/friend from their "real" life who looks/acts nearly identically to someone from their canon who isn't already at Landel's) during 3rd or 4th shift, fill out the poll below. (The visitor can also be a "rehabilitated" character who was previously at Landel's.)

The guidelines are simple:
You can only have one of your characters get visited; if you've had a particular character get visited before, you can have a different one do it this time if you want, and if you do choose to stick with the same character, you may have them visited by the same visitor as before or a different one. You may also choose for your character to get a small group of visitors, but only if the NPC mod would be able to realistically handle it; multiple characters sharing one visitor at the same time is okay too.

If this is your character's first dayshift they will not be able to get a visitor. Sorry about that!

Sooo, here's the first round of visitor assignment... organization. I've done some official assignments and the like already, but we NPC mods are pretty short-handed, so we're going to need the help of the community at large to pick up the slack and help us out, if possible!

I've split this list up into three categories. First, assignments that are more or less set in stone unless it turns out that an NPC mod can't handle the amount that I gave them. Second, ones that we will probably need help with because mods only have a limited knowledge or they've already got their hands full. And third, ones that no NPC mod could do and we definitely need someone to help us with! (I give more detailed explanations under the cuts.)

So everyone, please read carefully so that I can make sure I didn't make any mistakes. And let me know if you have any questions. (Also, any character whose visitor is pending is because the person they asked for was applied for this cycle. You may also choose for your character to get a small group of visitors, but only if the NPC mod would be able to realistically handle it; multiple characters getting one visitor is okay too.

However, we encourage you not to get your character visited if you don't have any solid idea of who would visit them or if you just aren't into the whole idea in general. We're going to have a bunch of characters who need visitors and we only have so many NPC mods to go around; they'll be stretched thinner if there are more people to cater to, which will lead to slower posting for everyone. Still, don't let this dissuade you if you have been looking forward to this! ♥

Pretty sure this post is going to be huge. OKAY.

First off, just went through and did a huge sweep of dropped/deleted characters, so the contact/friend add/taken characters lists are all up to date as of right now. Granted, I'll be adding more characters as more acceptances go out, but yeah. Also, while it's about time for another activity check, I think I'm going to wait until after apps are done with since it's going to get too confusing otherwise. 8D

Also, I realized that I screwed up majorly and forgot to include the dinner shift in the character intro poll, so... we won't have any introductions that shift. Sorry for the massive fail there. Also, we can't do roommates until all the emails have gone out, so for now assume that your character is waking up in some random empty room and then they'll be moved to their permanent room come morning, hopefully.
