Uh uh... there miiiiiiiiiight end up being a problem if Kurogane and Fai have their visitors during the same shift and in the same room. ^_^;; Since Kuro wants to smack Fai every time he comes back from visitors (and so would want to pummel whoever the visitor is), and Fai knows Shiki from her being at the Institute.

Aha, actually, that's my bad; we went through and made sure canonmates were more-or-less separated but we had to do a last-minute change and forgot that Fai and Kurogane were doing their visitors during the same shift. XD; So now they are separated!

Ach, should have mentioned this and it is now clarified in the main post! Yes, the general posts should be made by players like they are in any other shift, and the visitor threads should be initiated by a character's player rather than their NPC-er.

I have a question about visitors, actually! I've seen some visitors bring in a few small treats with them, if it's allowed by the nurses (and obv. the mods), but would it be possible for them to bring, like... reminders of home? A photo album? Teddy bear? Something like that? If the patient is one who's not particularly violent or foaming at the mouth, anyway.

If your character will have a visitor the following shift, will the nurse have told them about ot prior to that (like during third shift), as well as who? Or do they wait until they cart the victims to the waiting rooms? X3

I think you only find out your visitor's identity when they come in to see your character (or at least, that's how most people play it). Not sure about the other part.

Whether the nurse tells the character beforehand is sort of up to you. Some people have it that way, others don't. They definitely won't tell the character who it is, though.

Question that I probably should have thought to ask sooner, BUT:

Basically, Claude once got old man!Ronixis as his visitor, but now we've got young-ish Ronixis as a patient. Zalia and I had originally talked about the possibility of having it to where patient!Ronixis was, like, Claude's "real life" uncle or something. It'd explain why he's 20 years younger than his original father, and why they look, like, really similar, lmao. (Also, we thought it could possibly work well that way, since Zalia's Ronixis isn't married and doesn't have any children yet.) Meanwhile, old man!Ronixis could be on assignment or something, which would explain why he's pretty much nowhere to be found in Claude's "real life" happenings outside of the institute.

I'm mostly bringing this up now 'cause Claude's mother was signed up to see him, but Kat just now mentioned that she wasn't sure how to address the husband issue with Iria coming to visit him. Would it be all right to just run under the assumption that he's on assignment for the military and hasn't been heard from in awhile 'cause he's presumably busy or something of that nature and just not go into actual details? 8D;;

Just to check:

Court had given Lauren and I a kind of sort of okay for Gai to sneak Kakashi porn (he could disguise it as a math book or something?), and wanted to confirm this. Also, checked with Jenn, and she is very cool with said porn being written as part of Jiraiya's "real life."

AND! Mika and I wanted to have Ashura give Fai a woman's locket or pendant. Is this cool, and could he get it in without the nurses opening it up to look inside?

Um, c-can Alistair bring Dean puppy? ;; Not for him to keep, obviously, just for the visiting period.

THERE IS A REASON FOR THIS um, basically Dean told Makiko, aka his therapist, that he named his dog Christo and. I kind of want Alistair to bring him said dog + as an excuse for Alistair to prove he is not a demon without Dean having to actually test it out himself. Also, Dean would WTF really hard if someone just dumped a puppy in his lap and started badtouching acting creepy towards him. :|

AND AND do the visitors have to be 100% human or would be okay for Dean to think he saw the white eyes just as Alistair is leaving? Like, nothing for sure, maybe an IS THAT MY IMAGINATION kinda deal?
