Explanation: While patients usually go to the showers during that shift, new patients don't since that would obviously be very... weird for a first day. XD Instead, they can either join the other age group in the Arts & Crafts room or hang out in the Sun Room.

Keep in mind that if one particular shift is inundated with too many votes, we'll randomize a manageable group of characters from the votes and move the remainders to the next available shift. So, to clarify, there's no first-come, first-serve, so don't worry about rushing to fill out the poll immediately.

Sorry to be Question Girl, but: those of us who did intro in NS are just already present, and shouldn't answer this? (And should take showers.)

Also, do the showers include the opportunity to shave (somehow, passing out even safety razors seems like a Bad Idea), or is "inexplicable lack of facial hair growth" in the laundry list of Landel's magic?

As for shaving, the patient will have to ask a nurse to do it for them. Kind of embarrassing, yes, but that's the deal. XD;

If you've plans with someone during the shower shift, I'm pretty sure you can ask the other player to just have their character take a quick shower "by themselves" and meet yours in the Sun Room afterward.

I voted Second shift, but...

Can I get on the first and second shift lists? Yukari's so lazy it takes her two shifts to get out of bed.

That is, the first shift, she's going to wake up (single post), but she won't actually get up and leave her room until second shift.

I think that these are just reserved for the actual "wakeup" posts themselves. So you can intro her at breakfast and then have a shift with her in the Sun Room or the Arts and Crafts room that has her actually getting out of bed and then going to wherever she's headed.

Hmm... if she's not actually going into play until second shift, you could maybe post to the second shift intros just including that she woke up, went back to sleep for an hour or so, then woke up again in that post.
