Pantry stuff?

Pantry question: I was checking the descriptions and there seems to be only sugar. Is there any salt, either in Pantry 1 or 2? (Dean's in Pantry 2 currently). Okay, got it answered for the salt question.

Assuming S.T. and Wonka make it in there tonight, I've also got some pantry questions, and to avoid spamming the Lounge I'll put them here:

1. Stuff in plastic containers with screw-top lids? Liquids (juice, bottled water, soda, whatever) or things like pretzels in big bottles, doesn't matter. Just need to know what sorts of things he'd find.

2. Water: is it clean, unlike the bathrooms?

3. Yeast. Bread yeast (of any kind) to be found anywhere? Or even frozen pizza dough (i.e. stuff with uncooked yeast in it)? And if not, uh, are the wild yeasts at Landel's anything out of the ordinary? Because I'm having lol-worthy mental images of what Nightshift might do to wild yeasts because of what it does to other critters. Not necessarily biologically feasible, but amusing nonetheless.
