I've got a rough RL backstory heeere (http://scalyfishman.livejournal.com/2633.html#cutid1) and Rampage is basically down as The One That Walked, except for the part where he was totally innocent the whole time. Still suspicious and creepy and crazy, but innocent. Otherwise I'm down with whatever you want to do/ hash out?
