Voice Actor / Seiyuu Meme

I thought it had been a while since this was done - a couple rounds? Two or three? Anyway, I thought we could do it again, cause I know people like to play with the fact that some characters will sound similar due to their voice actors.
So: List your characters, the voice actor you connect with them (whether dubbed or original if from a video game/anime) and other notable roles they have done if you wish.
This is always fun. For example, I love that fact that L and Usopp share the same Japanese VA.

Kuroba Kaito is voiced by Yamaguchi Kappei. Some of his other roles include: L in Death Note, Usopp in One Piece, Ranma in Ranma 1/2, Inuyasha in Inuyasha, Sumeragi Subaru in Tokyo Babylon, Kudo Shinichi in Detective Conan. A more comprehensive list can be found here!
