I thought it had been a while since this was done - a couple rounds? Two or three? Anyway, I thought we could do it again, cause I know people like to play with the fact that some characters will sound similar due to their voice actors.

So: List your characters, the voice actor you connect with them (whether dubbed or original if from a video game/anime) and other notable roles they have done if you wish.

This is always fun. For example, I love that fact that L and Usopp share the same Japanese VA.

Now let's see here-- Mion's English voice (Kelli Kassidi) hasn't done much yet apparently (she's actually quite good tho *A*) but there's not much I can say about her soooo leaving her out. Also, she's being played by Asuka Rin in the live action movie that should be out... at some point.

Kikyo was voiced by the late Shiozawa Kaneto. He's one of my favorite voice actors of all time. ♥ Notable roles include D from the first Vampire Hunter D, Aries Mu from Saint Seiya, and Iason Mink from Ai no Kusabi.

Malik is voiced by Iwanaga Tetsuya, who had been in a lot of other animes, but I....actually haven't seen any of them! XD;;;

Rena's (kaerutokoro) Japanese VA is Nakahara Mai, who also played as Naminé in KHII and Rena (LOL) in .hack//Legend Of The Twilight. I refuse to recognized her English voice (although the English VA does a remarkable job elsewhere, i.e. Yamagishi Fuuka of Persona 3). The English voice really grates my ears...and that's saying quite a bit since I normally like dubbed voices.

Ken's (rectifies) Japanese VA is Ogata Megumi (Haruka in Sailor Moon S, SuperS, and Sailor Stars) while his English counterpart is voiced by Mona Marshall (Kite/Azure Kite of .hack, Izumi Koushiro of Digimon, little Ichigo in Bleach, Niklas/Roger S. Huxley/Robin Wind of Star Ocean: Till the End of Time). I tend to lean more with his English VA.

Hrm. I read the DN manga before watching the anime, so I had a slightly different voice in mind for Mello and both startled me a bit. The closest VA was Nozomu Sasaki, who was pretty spot on aside from sounding older than I'd imagined (which makes sense, considering he was 39 at the time).

Hey, I never actually posted for mine! Hah, let's see what I can find... ah, and I'm generally going to be going with the English voice actor, needless to say.

Xigbar is voiced by James Patrick Stuart, who has been in a metric ton of movies and TV shows... not so much the gaming series. Therefore, as usual, I link him (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0835722/) and move on~!

Roland is voiced by Kirk Thornton, who has also been in a lot of different things. In Bleach he was Eikichiro Saido and Hinagiku, in Code Geass as Kaname Ogi, in Digimon Savers as Yushima, in Naruto as Tazuna/Kisame Hoshigaki/Shukaku, in Rurouni Kenshin as Hajime Saito and Ginjo, in Saiyuki as Dr. Ni Jianyi, in Kingdom Hearts II as Saix, and in Tales of the Abyss as Jade Curtiss.

Alfons Heiderich is voiced by E. Jason Liebrecht, and has only been in nine roles. Most pressingly, he is Syaoran in Tsubasa and Ban Midou in Get Backers. ...and that's about it, sadly.

Lastly, Adelheid Bernstein is voiced by Tetsuya Tanaka. Who has also voiced... Adelheid Bernstein... and... er... ah, Hanzo in Neo Geo Battle Coliseum! ... ... ... ...and that's it. Argh.
