Voice Actor / Seiyuu Meme

I thought it had been a while since this was done - a couple rounds? Two or three? Anyway, I thought we could do it again, cause I know people like to play with the fact that some characters will sound similar due to their voice actors.
So: List your characters, the voice actor you connect with them (whether dubbed or original if from a video game/anime) and other notable roles they have done if you wish.
This is always fun. For example, I love that fact that L and Usopp share the same Japanese VA.

Leopold Schumach from Legend of Galactic Heroes (okay, maybe this is not so much on the "famous" side, but I liked that anime~)

Shiyuu Kusanagi in the X movie, but that doesn't count because the movie doesn't exist~
Rad from Gungrave
Aaaand a variety of other awesome people because he has one of those low smooth sexy voices. Hijikata may be slightly outclassed by some of his seiyuu-twins. (The Count. *swoons.* Alucard! *swoons more.*)
